2. What data I process and why

• For communication: If you contact me via the contact form or email, I process your name and email address to discuss the potential sale of an artwork (performance of pre-contractual measures).

• For sales: If you purchase an artwork from me, I need your first and last name, billing address, delivery address, and optionally a phone number (for the courier) to issue an invoice and deliver the artwork. Processing is necessary to fulfill our agreement and my legal accounting obligations.

• For traffic analysis (Google Analytics): If you give me your consent in the cookie banner on the website, I process data about how you browse the site (anonymized IP address, device, and browser information). This helps me improve my website.

3. How long I keep the data I keep data from regular communication for the time necessary to process your inquiry. I am required by the Accounting Act to keep data on issued invoices for 10 years. Analytical data in Google Analytics is kept for a standard period of 14 months.

4. Who I share the data with I do not sell your data to third parties. Access to it is granted only to verified partners who help me run my website and business:

• Website builder and hosting provider: Hostinger (Hostinger International Ltd.).

• Provider of the analytical tool Google Analytics: Google (Google Ireland Limited).

• A shipping company, to which I provide your address solely for the purpose of delivering the shipment.

5. Use of Cookies This website uses cookies. So-called "necessary cookies" are required for the proper functioning of the website. "Analytical cookies" (Google Analytics) are activated and start measuring traffic only when you consent by clicking in the cookie banner at the bottom of the website. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

Your Rights Under data protection regulations, you have the right to request information about what personal data I process, request access to it, have it updated or corrected, or request its deletion (unless prevented by other laws, e.g., archiving of invoices).
